All of our estimates include a preliminary quote for the job. Inherently, home improvement jobs have many variables and it is very difficult to assume all possibilities. Upon determining something has changed, we will stop and discuss any roadblocks and secure a change order for any changes to the original estimate.

We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to get a new completion date.

We usually do not schedule two jobs simultaneously, giving you the benefit of our undivided attention.
